These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Una platform, website (getuna.ai), and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Una is an operational management system (CRM) for matchmakers and relationship professionals. It provides tools for managing clients, tasks, matches, documents, and related workflows, offered on a subscription basis per admin seat. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles checkout, billing, payment processing, the collection and remittance of applicable taxes, and payment-related customer-service inquiries and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. For billing or payment questions you can reach Paddle buyer support at paddle.net. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to: - use the Service unlawfully or for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; - copy, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, its code, or its features; - attempt to bypass security, disrupt, or overload the Service; - upload malware, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; - misuse or access data without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable and immediately for serious or unlawful breaches.
The Service, including its software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Una.AI Ltd. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription. No other rights are granted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Una’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid for the month in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Una is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold Una harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your Customer Data.
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel per the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach, non-payment, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, confidentiality, liability limits, accrued payments) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where required by law, with advance notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Central District of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with Una arising from these Terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
These Terms govern self-serve subscription plans (Start, Grow, Pro) purchased through our website/Paddle checkout. If you have entered into a separately signed agreement with Una (for example, a Platform Services Agreement, white-label, custom-development, or commission/revenue-share arrangement), that signed agreement controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict, for that customer.
