Refund & Cancellation Policy

Available in English and Hebrew. In case of any conflict between the versions, the English version prevails.

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the Una service. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment-related customer service and returns. Payments and refunds are processed via Paddle; for billing questions you can also reach Paddle buyer support at paddle.net or see Paddle’s Buyer Terms.


1. Free trial

New accounts may start with a 21-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged. You can cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

5. Statutory cooling-off (Israel / EU / UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in Israel, the EU, or the UK, you may be entitled to cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and receive a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. To exercise this right, contact info@getuna.ai within the period. This right does not affect the cancellation and refund terms above for renewals or for business customers.

6. Custom development

Any custom development or bespoke work outside the standard subscription is billed separately and in advance by milestone. Completed milestones are non-refundable if a project is cancelled mid-way.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at info@getuna.ai — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.
